Finally!

So he needed the supposed permission of the vegetable to sign the budget into law? So his inherent powers as acting president do not extend to certain things until some sick dumbo who has voluntarily signed off his power and is lazing around somewhere gives the go-ahead? People had better wake up and pull themselves from the precipice, this shithole run in this present manner has nowhere to go but down! I don't know why idiots that insisted on an invalid cannot accept the implications of their greedy decisions and let children of God have some peace and sanity...

Meanwhile, how come no one has gone to 'visit' the President as was the case during his earlier medical jamboree?
