GARLANDS FOR WALE OLAOYE
Wale Olaoye, Managing director of one of Halogen Security group has been honoured with the prestigious Excellence in Security award at the Lagos @50 Hall of Fame Awards organised by Nigeria’s leading Independent Media firm, TECHTV. The Award is in recognition of hisr efforts and excellent service in the Art of providing Security for individuals and corporate organisations in the Nigerian Economy and using same to advance how the private and public sectors commit to managing disperse sectors security.
Presenting the award, Executive Director, TechTV Europe, Maria Sousa stated that the jury selected Olaoye for his leadership and administrative astuteness in piloting the Halogen security group. “Mr. Wale Olaoye is one of the quite forces behind the success story of Halogen Security Group and indeed Nigeria’s security expansive landscape. Under his leadership Halogen has grown to become one of the leading and most respected security solutions providers in Nigeria today with footprint in almost all the 36 local governments’ areas. Mr. Olaoyer effective leadership shrewdness is a pointer that he has broken with the past in the Managerial paradigms in the Security expansive space of the Nigerian economy” Maria said.
Receiving the Award, the hardworking and dynamic Managing Director of Halogen Security Group thanked the TECHTV team for the honoured and said that the Award will further spur him to continue to add value and remain focused in his assignment. “This Excellence in Security award is quiet humbly for me because it shows again that my modest contributions are being noticed and it therefore means that I must remain dedicated in our quest to see that the Halogen Security Group remains committee to innovative solutions that take our country out of its current security challenges.” Mr. Olaoye posited.

passionate and transformational-minded leader active in business and key sector
reforms in Nigeria. He is a Speaker in several international and global conferences;
and seminars. A consummate reader and change agent. He is passionate about
organizational and tri-functional leadership; and in developing next generation of
emerging African Leaders.
