Man C champions? what history do they have when it comes to epl? Arsenal could go 50yrs without an epl trophy and Man C won't better their record. The man you called specialist in failure has the most FA cup trophy in the country, he has won the the trophy thrice in the last 4yrs, you can't name all time premiership great coaches without him being among, he's the only manager in premier league history to go through a season undefeated and won the league (the trophy itself ain't in silver form but gold crested). only Man U of the Ferguson era betters him. Chelsea can't be measured in the same breath as Arsenal.

Nobody cares if half of Nairaland was in Jss 1. The thing is you can't and will never wipe out history. I can count so many clubs who has no UCL title so what's with the fuss about the title. make the competition a league format thing, then I will take it serious. Few years to come EPL teams will be sending their team b to go represent them cos the competition isn't lucrative nor competitive like the EPL.

Well I guess that is the coping mechanism for a gunner .... history .... because they cannot make history anymore by winning an EPL title and so have to play back the "VHS tapes" of the greats like Thiery Henry, Patrick Veira to experience the glory of winning an EPL title ...
About UCL, I do agree with you that there is more cash in EPL than UCL but I don't think EPL teams will give it the "Europa treatment" yet ... though with the new mega TV deal that the EPL has, you may have a valid point.

Upon a day we shall win the UCL that I'm very sure of though It might take some time but it definitely gonna happen. As for the EPL teams sending out their Team B's to represent them in the UCL it is a thing that will happen in few years time cos the competition grows less competitive and less lucrative every new season. If they don't change its format, I'm very sure it will lose its relevance
