Passion: The Key To Career Success by profike91: 1:55pm On Jun 14, 2017
I came across a man's grave which was inscribed “Died at 35, Buried at 70”. Lots of thoughts galloped through my mind but I soon realized that this man had lost passion for the things that made up his life since the age of 35. He was only marking time on the face of the earth till the day of his last breath.

It is regrettably not uncommon these days to see a large chunk of the human population seemingly going about life without joy and satisfaction reasonably so because they are doing what they don’t love to do. The little matter of making it quick has led a great deal to the world beyond without tangible life accomplishment. It's not about the financial benefits but fitting into the Creators original plan. Posterity gives no room for excuses because every man came into existence with a potential gift or talent waiting to be unleashed yet very few have been able to explore same with passion. The quality of your passion determines your achievement.

Passion fuels productivity.... Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “Every great and Commanding movement in the world is the triumph of enthusiasm". It is passion that makes a person less concerned about pay day because to him work is fun. #workshouldbefun

A study was conducted by Robert J. Kingel and Louis Parker over a period of twenty years with 1,500 adults as the sample size. The objective was to show the effect of passion on career.
The sample was divided into two groups A and B. Group A had members who had chosen carriers for the aim of making money. Group B had members who had chosen their career paths in order to pursue what they wanted to do now and worry about money later.
The result revealed thus;
.At the end of 20 years, 101 out of the 1,500 had become millionaires
.100 out of 101 were from Group B who had chosen to pursue what they loved. This result correlates with the fact that "what you put into life is what you get out of life". Find something you like to do so much that you'll gladly do it for nothing.

When the chips are down, you only require passion to keep you afloat. Where ever you find yourself, carryout your duties with passion. As one into business, your clients can only return if your passion meets their needs.
As a student, Understand that Excellence is not uncommon in the place of passion. The key to success is the enthusiasm to study more. A reasonable amount of energy is produced when passion is activated.

For the younger generation, once you've identified your purpose, chase it all the way but be ready to seek counsel for safe landing. Sometimes You may not enjoy the backing from family and friends but passion will definitely steer the wheels to your direction at the long run. Get set to carve a niche in your endeavour. Stick to the process. See you at the top.

IDENTIFY YOUR PURPOSE AND PURSUE IT WITH PASSION!
