The world is going green with emphasis laid on zero volatile organic content (VOC) in paints as a result of the harmful effects of these emissions on the environment and health.
The preservative in paints contain some level of volatile solvent with some that are already banned in Europe as carcinogens.
As the name of my company goes, at alpha innovative concept, we are health conscious of these harmful chemicals which is why we worked on mineral paint that has less than 5% total organic content and absolutely no VOC content.
A mineral paint makes use of both inorganic and organic binders but with less than 5% of the regular organic binders in paints to qualify as a mineral paint.
Regal mineral paint has very high coverage and spread. it gives a thin coat that dries very opaque when dry.
It regulates humidity inside by absorbing extra vapor and keeps building cool.
The paint is like a regular emulsion ideal for plastered wall. Although if the plastering is not smooth, it gives a velvety look to indicate sharp rough spots.
The organic binder holds it firmly to the wall on drying while the inorganic component slowly reacts with the atmosphere for up to a month to further reinforce the binder and its very resistant to wet scrub when fully reacted to give a very durable paint for both interior and exterior use.
A 4 litres gallon is N1000 and 20 litres drum is N5000.

The paint has improved u.v resistance advantage and allows building to breathe.
