What is your main entree in your business? Your main bread and butter? This is your signature. This makes up the main source of your business revenue. What are you known for?

What are your side items? These are the extra things that you add on to increase your average ticket aka cash flow.

Example:

Main source of income: iPhone
Sides: headsets, chargers, adapters, charge case.
Main source of income: Pizza
Sides: fries, onion rings, fried okra, fried mushrooms.

Your elevator pitch is one of the most essential tools needed in your business. A good elevator pitch will get you the clients you want instead of the clients that want you.

The beauty of owning your own business is you can pick and choose who you want to work with. Everyone shouldn't be your client and you shouldn't be taking everyone's money.
