Three suspected fraudsters have been arraigned before Justice J. O. Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State on a 3-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretence by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

The suspects; Oladapo Oladejo, Olayinka Kayode Alfred and Adelabu Igbagboyemi Grace pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The prosecution counsel, Edeola Elumaro prayed the court for a trial date,which was not opposed by the counsel to the defendants, Babatunde Ajijola, as he prayed the court for a short adjournment to enable them bring a formal bail application before the court.

Justice Abdulmalik in her ruling ordered that the defendants be remanded in the Prison custody pending the hearing and determination of their bail application.

The case was adjourned to June 30, 2017 for trial.

Jail them all.....they don't even need a trial because they look guilty.
