Dog owners are going to extraordinary lengths to ensure their pets feel at home by splashing out on kennels costing more than the average family property.
A new UK company has launched a range of opulent dog houses boasting features including heating, air conditioning, treat dispensers and even a conference calling system so the dog and its owner can communicate with each other.
Pampered pooches can also expect indoor and outdoor lighting, food and water feeding systems, sound systems and televisions, with prices starting at £30,000 and reaching a staggering £150,000.

The dog houses built by company Hecate Verona come in a range of collections, including the Colonial Villa Grand, Roman Imperial Mansion, Spanish Palacio and the Colonial Villa.
The makers claim each dog house has a 'comfortable relaxation area for the dog'.
Multiple windows make it easy for the dog to keep an eye on its surroundings while a separate bedroom allows the dog to rest 'quietly and undisturbed'.
While the dog has 'exclusive entrance', a side wall opens up to facilitate human access when needed.
