Well.... Since you live in abuja u should know. Unless if you wish to deny the glaring truth.car snatching,kidnapping ,robberies are high in that area .I believe it has to do with the fact that its closer to express and so easier escape routes.
Better still walking into your police station and ask then u will know whether am wrong or not.police will simply give you tips on how to be careful .

One needs to be careful on the movement time and areas in kubwa ....also chose place like that army area .that area enjoys light and security .......just because u haven't witnessed or experienced don't mean it ain't a fact
