What is Open Box?

Open-box products are often unused returns, display items that are no longer needed, and any item that arrived to the store in a damaged box. Some of the products may have never even been used, but have merely been removed from their packaging at some point.

Open box items are typically from three categories:

Returned items
Shelf displays
Refurbished items
Pedisbox sell authentic, name-brand merchandise in various conditions from manufacturers and retailers. Each Open Box item has been carefully inspected, cleaned, refurbished and then graded into one of the categories below.

New Without Box – New condition without original box. These items are carefully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
New Without Tags – New condition without original packaging. These items are carefully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
New With Defects – New items that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. Actual pictures are shown for these items.
Pre-owned – Items may be returns and/or show minor signs of wear or use. These items are still in good condition. Actual pictures are shown for these items.

If the item is “Pre-owned” or “New With Defects,” then the picture on the product page displays the actual item. Specific details about the condition of the item can be found in the “Product Details” on the product page.

Open Box items are final sale.

What is the return policy for open box merchandise?

We offer no refunds for any and all open box merchandise. Accessories are NOT INCLUDED with Open Box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function properly.



When will the sale end?

The open box will end when all items have been sold.
