Looking good is good business and it is not just how you look right now that matters, its is how you will look when you are 74 years old.

I shared a pic of a lady who decided to look good and keep it that way till she was 74 years old while her mates were in the wheelchair or in the grave.

Don't take things too seriously, start living life the way you will enjoy it till you are 70.

Imagine right now you are looking so great and checking out yourself in the mirror, then at 30 you are already falling out of shape, by 40 you have completely fallen out of shape, by 50 you are completely retired and now call yourself an old mama, by 60 you are never active. This does not have to be your life.

You can decide to look just as good as you do now when you are 70 years old. Yes, you can and I am doing it today.
