Job Title: Facility/Site Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Day to Day management of site
Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and other Operations Staff
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
Scheduling of facilities maintenance activities
Writing of weekly and monthly reports to the head of Operations
Overseeing quality control and health and safety practice in work place.etc
Maintaining excellent and effective working relationships with the client and his representatives
Supervision and monitoring of site labor force and subcontractors
