The Niger State Police Command on Tuesday arrested a 50-year-old fake Medical Doctor, Umaru Usman, who allegedly massages the manhood of male patients until they discharge sperms into his palms after which he licks it up. The 50-year-old was apprehended at the Out Patient Department of the Minna General Hospital after parading himself as a medical doctor for over two years without being detected. Usman, who originally is a hospital attendant, was said to direct male patients away from the doctors into a room where he allegedly carries out the act.
