So this is my inquiry...

I know that you're required to open a blocked account with German bank (but that's if you're not on scholarship right?)

So is it possible to be sponsored by a Nigerian based organization (like a Foundation)
There's this foundation that wants to sponsor me for my masters in Germany.

Do I still need to open the block account? Even though I'm on schorlaship with this foundation?
Or do I jus need to obtain a document that attests that I'm being sponsored by the foundation?

Has anyone had similar case?
I need responses pls
