The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido is also involved in the campaign. The campaign is called 1in3 Africa Campaign, and it is targeted at Stopping violence against women. There will be a walk on the 30th of June 2017 on Awolowo bridge by Falomo. That was the whole idea. Claiming victims of domestic violence where there was none just to get media attention and funding from sympathetic donor agencies while the poor innocent man that made the mistake of marrying them gets demonized and persecuted over what he didn't do. You will think most of these young men will learn. No, they won't. Many will still feel it's a big boy thing to marry such high class whores in the name of slay queen. |
