Generating 24/7 power supply is not hard, and 36,000 megawatt is achievable within 4 years if we really want to achieve it, but the powers that be that do not want the success of this country or its citizens are the ones sabotaging the 24/7 dream.

In a sane country, how can you have energy generated and concentrated in one place before distributing it to other states? Can't each state generate its own energy for electricity consumption? If there is a target that each State should generate 1,000 mgwts (including ABJ, won't that amount to 37,000 mgwts. Epileptic energy supply in South-South states would be history with her enormous gas supply that can be used to even feed the four states.

But we have dummies at the helm of affairs who are either selfish and greedy or cannot reason. I know many have clamored for this independent power supply which is a fast way to bring the nation out of darkness, but no reasonable can be achieved if we can't even construct a flawless Lagos-Ibadan expressway claiming lives monthly.

In the United States, there are thousands of Electricity distribution and generation company. In my poor country, can we even boast of 10?

Nigeria can achieve greatness if our leaders are sincere to themselves.

Too many saboteurs in high places.

Really sad.
