Lure Hsu, a 42-year-old interior designer is an epitome of youthfulness as she could pass as a teenager or a lady in her early 20s and what’s more, she dresses like a teen to intentionally confuse people.

In an interview, she spoke about what she does to look youthful, attributing her looks to drinking a cup of black coffee every morning, having few sugary drinks, less greasy food and lots of fruits and vegetables, alongside a lot of water.

Hsu advices less meat and more high protein and fibre, and not to forget, exercise. She also advised use of moisturisers and exposing your skin to a little bit of sun.

If you were waiting for her to divulge the location of the fountain of youth which she seemed to have found years ago, you are not alone. “. . . . Alongside a lot of water. . . ” Hmph!!
