Amadaz: If you choose to live a very HONEST LIFE, without your mind being controlled by NEGATIVE SENTIMENTS, being steadfast and patient, an explorer, seeker after TRUTH and living SINCERELY by your UNDISPUTABLE findings, structured by REALITY OF PRECISION and not PRE-CONCEPTION nor ASSU?PTIONS but C'OCK SURE. I assure you that there is NOTHING to fear today or tomorrow. The major reasons for all these crisis we see every where is because of what is infact an abnormal and perverted civilization which this era prides her self in the name of MODERNIZATION. Modernity is actually an opposition to traditional values. VALUES WHICH UPHOLD THE DIGNITY OF MANKIND. The result of this oppsition is today's crisis, CRISIS OF THE MODERN WORLD, where the home, family and marriage institutions mentioning the least, has fallen all in a chase after vanities. ITS DELIBERATE, NOT ARBITRARY AT ALL BUT VERY WELL CALCULATED. ITS A NEW WORLD AGENDA, A SOCIETAL DESIGN BY MASTERS OF MANKIND. At present in the WEST, (America, Europe....) a very, very large percentage of ladies are single and will remain so till the die. I CAN WRITE SCHOLARSTICALLY AND HONSETLY VOLUMES ON THIS TREND ENCROACHING THE REST OF THE WORLD. Despite the artificial creation of hardship cooked and well served, a meal called recession. The SEX industry is booming making lots of money. SENSUALITY MAKES SO MUCH MONEY, why will the world's economy driven by capitalism, which makes so much money from ILLICITNESS want marriages to work. All these so many guys not married and and ladies too are the prime customers of this SEX INDUSTRIES. Just trying to give you an insight. In the nearest future, men will be getting married to SEX DOLLS, like as these dolls were launched in SPAIN...............since sex as being reduced to nothing but Masturbation and since these dolls will need not food or clothing except batteries. DONT THINK ALL THAT IS HAPPEINING IS ACCIDENTAL, THEY ARE WELL PLANNED TO ACHIEVING A GOAL. 1 Like |

Naughtysite:In develop world a guy of 18 is already working with his own apartment, at 22 or 23 he is already married that's if he doesn't want to flirt with ladies. But here in Nigeria a man of 30 still lives with his parents or Big Brother, still collecting pocket money. The situation is just terrible. 3 Likes |

jaybee3: Flip as much as you want. 1. It is the man that pays the bride price in Nigeria. 2. It is the responsibility of the man (by African tradition) to feed the family (although some women are breadwinners, but in most of such marriages the man has no say in the family). 3. The man also takes care of his parents and siblings including those of the wife's family (except in few instances where the wife is rich or her family is well-off). The developed west we are copying, scrapped bride price a long time ago. and family financial responsibility is shared. 1 Like |

agitator:We need to sit down and address these issues. A working man has a lot of people to fend for even his wife's family if they are not doing too well financially but have you heard of a married woman even though working fending for her husband's family? If there is, it's a very rare occurrence. 2 Likes |

agitator: Bride price is culture specific hence isn't recognised by the law. Though it's common but surely can't be used as standard It was the responsibility of the man back in 'em days as written in the holy book. Women historically stayed at home as most jobs required and demanded physical prowess. World has evolved and we ought to adapt accordingly 1 Like |

jaybee3: Now you are talking. Problem is Nigerians are not adapting, keeping the old cultures that favours them and accepting the new/foreign that favours them, others are at the receiving end. Women want equal opportunities, as the advanced world, while maintaining man being responsible for the welfare of the family. This causes a shortage of marriageable men, because the men want to meet up. 1 Like |

pcguru1:hahahahaha.... how can you say youve never seen an edo muslim lol.. most people from auchi in edo state are muslims. its true on both sides. religion brings a serious divider. even a typical igbo would raise an eyebrow about her friend dating a muslim. |
