Pls advice me on what I need to do. I am irritated with my laps odour. After an hectic day, I discovered that inbetween my laps and , has a particular nauseating odour.

Pls Doctor in the house. Kindly advise me on what to use.

You probably have bacterial vaginosis. Organisms involved are usually Gardnerella,peptostreptococci or anaerobes. You didnt give a history of prior sexual contact. So its likely to be due to changes in your internal flora. A course of metronidazole or clindamycin cream should resolve it. But let a dr prescribe it for you before buying it.

You should actually pay special attention to your hygiene. Ensure you take your bath twice a day. Ensure you do not use your briefs or boxers twice. were more of cotton underwears and trousers. Get a good medicated soap for your bath and avoid hot baths. Sleep without undies to guard against humidity.
