Hey Ladies,

Once upon a time, I could not go without fixing my nails. It wasn't necessarily that I loved it so much but my nail beds just looked horrible...all scratched up and weird. It was painful for me at the time because I used to have such adorable nails that both girls and guys complimented me about(not to sound conceited or anything). Anyways, I started reading articles and such about how to revive destroyed nails and below are the things that worked for me. You can try them too if you happen to be in the category. You shouldn't have to fix your nails every freaking week just because your nail beds don't look good! At least you should be able to choose whether you want to or not. I have nail polish on right now so you can't see how good my nails look, but i'd update the picture once I take it off

1.Baking soda and lemon juice. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon and add baking soda until you get a loose paste. Put the paste on your nails using a small brush or any other thing you deem suitable and leave on for at least 10 minutes. You can also use the same mix in a much larger quantity in a bowl, and soak your nails in there for 10 minutes. Do this for as many days as you can until you're satisfied with your results

2.Olive oil + Coconut Oil + Vitamin E Oil. This is the Holy Grail...lol. These oils work magic!!! I noticed an improvement in less than 5 days. The best thing to do will be to mix the 3 oils together in a container and store just to make it easy for you(though I didn't do it this way, I had them seperate). You could use the mixture morning and night on just your nails or you could rub it on your entire body if you wish (it'd make your skin glow in ways you never imagined). Any how you do it, your nails will absorb the oils and gradually start to heal.

Try it today...You'd be glad you did!
