I took my neighbour and his daughter who sustained injury in school to general hospital ikeja but we were told to come back by September because july and august have been booked , thereafter a lady emerged and beckoned on me to a secluded area like a marketer persuading about the need to treat the girl and she offered to help if we pay certain amount of money. Now sector or agency is corrupt and which one is not corrupt?
