My age is 50yrs. During my early twenties and late thirties I began professional exams in banking and accounting but unable to qualify due to so many constraints such as finance and family burden. As at now, I am contemplating whether to continue with my professional studies to completion or to pick up a suitable ICT inclined career that will complement my previous uncompleted training (accounting & banking) and my working experience as clerical and officer in various manufacturing organizations. Presently, I have my trading business which puts food on my table but I have interest in academic and professional training and also love to read books and articles not only that but also engaged myself in mathematics and statistics practice. AS PER YOUR ADVICE, IF I SHOULD EMBARK ON ANY RELEVANT TRAINING NOW, WILL I STILL BE EMPLOYABLE? CONSIDERING MY AGE, HOW WILL ANY TRAINING BE OF ADVANTAGE TO ME? Your anticipated responses are highly welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

Henry Ford had no qualifications, but one day he said why should
I worry myself about a question that I could get answered by the
Push of a button on my table and an employee would come in and give you
An accurate answer.

He had flare for automobiles, and without school he attained levels he could
Build his dreams by educating himself, and employing those who could make his
Visions realities.

If you've got flare for the academics and professional training, go for it, with wisdom you could build
Where you could employ others to make your visions a reality.
You need not be employed by anyone. But its a must you make money.
Age is just a figure your mind is as young as you think, and your body yields to your mind.
Leave the banking for the bankers, you can't succeed where your mind isn't creative.

You'll recognize your own path when you come upon it, suddenly you'd have all the
Energy and imaginations you'd ever need.-Confucius
