Dear OP, i invested in tine networks since july 2016 but till this moment my level which should have been completed since october 2016 is still in level 4, and this is july 2017 (1 year and counting)
-worse still i have been trying to make withdrawal of the accumulated amount since april still no show
-no response from your customer care lines on your site
So please till all of this is resolved, i cant say that tine is the best option.
