Good day friends! I intend getting a brand new home theatre system... I have LG or SAMSUNG home theatre system in mind(my budget 45-55k) but I am confused on picking a final choice.. Please I need your ideas from your experience ,which of them would you advice me to buy?.

sir, if you have the cash go for the Samsung which I guess should be around 45k while its cousin the Lg goes for about 35k.make your choice!

It is just that Samsung electronics are a bit expensive.. I am yet to observe it superiority over LG home theatre system..

It's all a matter of choice. Both of these products offer the same or similar features, with LG being a little cheaper on the average

I don't like LG.

So, my bias decision is samsung. They make reliable products. MY tv is: 8years old. no fix required. my fridge similar but with some fixes. and LG always so shinning like it's for a music star.

i used be a samsung sales man and Lg previously.

go for samsung home theater if yu envy sony set.

ask of ht 450bk if ur sitting room is small

ask of ht 453bk if yu like moderate things.

ask of ht if yu get 30billion 4d akant

mind yu same sound output but different price

LG won't give you all that..... LG designs looks cheap as well and I'm not really satisfied with the sounds from many of their subwoofers

I'll say go for a Samsung, I use Samsung 450bk for almost 2years now & I'm still loving it. look around if it will still be within your budget

When buying a sound system, there are three things to put into consideration:

1. Budget

2. Sound production, and

3. Special Features.


Sometimes it's hard to have a combination of two from the above, I've discovered that it's even more difficult to have the three in one, except you're buoyant, or you decided to be generous with your budget.

Really, some sound system could be pathetic be it LG OR SAMSUNG
What you need to look out for is the technology used and not brand. Some LG brands are better than some Samsung, and vice-versa. And wattage isn't something to consider in choosing a good home theater, you'd be amazed how some 300-350 watts LG will beat some Almighty Samsung, and also vice-versa.


It's bout the quality and technology

LG has more varieties than Samsung and on the price side, LG is cheaper
