The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has accused enemies of planting ideas on comparisms between Nnamdi Kanu and Jesus Christ.

Chief Liaison Officer of IPOB, Emma Powerful revealed this on Sunday stating that Kanu is a Christian and the Department of State Services (DSS) and unspecified politicians have a hand in the plot to discredit him.

He said: “It is dangerous comparing him with God Almighty or Jesus Christ. It is the work of enemies planted within us by DSS and some politicians. Those involved in this ridiculous scandal and deformation of character will fail without delay and God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama must deal with them…. Nnamdi Kanu is a Christian and cannot blaspheme God Almighty and his son Jesus Christ, those using his name as saviour, messiah and Jesus are misinformed and uneducated because he never asked them to do so.”

Powerful added that the Easterners and IPOB are the ones who inclined Kanu to boycott the Anambra governorship elections.

“The boycott of election in Anambra State come November this year was not the making of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu rather the wish of eastern Nigeria and IPOB members who visited him in his home town Umuahia, where the people told him that they don’t need election again in Biafra land and they are ready to boycott election because since the creation of Nigeria they benefited nothing in Nigeria elections except killing, riots and humiliation from our politicians,” it read.

“Since the announcement for the election boycott in Anambra state, the federal government and their agent the DSS mapped out strategies and huge amount of money sharing to destroy and tarnish the image of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB in general, those with this stupid story on social media platforms should retrace their steps because they will fail.”[/img]

Many young man from the east btwn the ages of 45 - 60 years old re not graduates be is of the civil war fought btwn their fathers and the Nigerian army.this caused just few of them that were privileged to go to school at that time to be in gov't. The likes of soludo,Rochas,acthur nnzeribe,etc were able to play their part becos they had degrees.most igbo men are wealthy but without a degree or certificate to back it up. As a result of this when they go into politics they end up becoming sponsors of aspirants. The average Ibo man will cry they are being marginalized in Nigeria becos they have not been allowed to become president,but they re the cause.ask me how. When they few ones that went to school got into government and were given appoint failed and were labeled with different scandals there was few to choose for a replacement. And the larger number of them started the Biafra agitation again so it became very difficult to trust an Ibo man to rule Nigeria without dividing it. Am sorry to say that Nigeria will not divide and the igbo man to rule this country is not in this generation of nmamdi kanu. This generation of agitators shall grow old die and go.
