If your family already have a land, then the rest is simple. Get your papers right and begin to buy building materials as you can afford. You shouldn't mind starting with two rooms and no parlor nau. As time goes on, you could expand... Who says 60k is all you will earn for life  1 Like |

I believe its possible, get land where its cheap, there are places they sell half plot for #150k, though it will be very far inside less develop place, if u can afford it, u can start by building a room self contain, which cannot cost u less than like 300-400k, at least with this, the frequent money u ought to use for rent can be Chanel in developing other side of the room, before u open ur eyes and close it, if u are able to manage it well, within two years, u can achieve something people assume its impossible 5 Likes |
