Job Detail High level:

I have some data in .csv format with over 50 rows. I will like a script that can help me:

1. input this CSV and it will manipulate extract several columns in csv file 1 and generate a specified csv file 2.
2. Take customer address from csv file1, row 1, column 1 , search my email with that address, fetch tracking which i already have on email for that address. Extract that tracking and update csv file 1 row 1 column 2 with the tracking it fetched.

This is just a nut shell. I can explain further.
