Uber gave me 2566 credit this morning and I was able to get a ride without paying. I still have 1400 left. Meanwhile, the same trip I was charged 2566 for yesterday cost me 1100 this morning, even with a little traffic! So my venting here or wherever actually worked. And for the monkey talking about how angry I am over "small change". I work for my money, very hard too. So even if it is one naira, I will fight. Mission accomplished 4 Likes 1 Share

MizTyna:It happened to me too sometime last year. I went on Twitter and poured out my mind not tagging them tho. Lo and behold, in minutes they replied me apologizing and shit. Bottom line was I wasn't refunded. I think the only reason why they contact you is cos they now how powerful the social media is and how it could also ruin their business so they just do all these formalities of contacting someone to reduce the anger in ones head. but I still think that's the only way you and I can be heard. Tagging them and blasting them online. Sorry about that tho 1 Like |

Those drivers are fraudsters mehn. Entered uber last week from Akoka to oworoshoki, i first saw 1,400 when the driver first showed me my fare only for it to show 1700 after a few seconds. was left wondering what magic had happened. i sha paid, only for a friend of mine who's also an uber driver to jaa me that the guy added toll for the ride. i wonder which toll gate there is from Akoka to oworo... 1 Like |
