Meet Dr. Wilfred Emori, the first Nigerian, African and black person to graduate with a PhD from the prestigious Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He was the best graduating student in the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, University of Calabar in 2008. He also obtained his MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Calabar before proceeding to China where he bagged a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering.
