Good day nairalanders!!

I was reading through a thread on 100 ways to go broke, then i saw some posts on Sports betting like bet9ja.

Many have been blessed and cursed via betting.. Me as a regular punter i hav my own bad and good experience.

Mine was when i usee 1k to win abt 88k and i set a milestone of 5m. With a plan of at least 500k a month. But as my village pple cld hv it they didnt even gv me second Chance to smell win for that period. I thank God i used some money frm dat win to buy some wears from Jumia dat was my only gain. Buh now m wiser.

So guys share ur own betting experience.. I knw pple hv worse experience

Mine was when i played a game of 100 naira to win more than 4mill, over 1.5 and some over 2.5 totaling 38 games spanning across 1 month. It was no joke, I took my time to analyse these game.

Multiple tabs were open on my chrome browser, soccervista, windrawwin etc. It's wasn't funny.

After 3 intensive hours of forcasting and writing out what felt like all the clubs in all league in a 60 leaves note book, I headed to the nearest bet9ja shop to play the game with so much confidence like say alabi don even gimme the money.

After I played the game, with some many people saying I wanted to waste the 100naira and that I should use it to do something tangible rather dash alabi, I ignored all the negativity and took my slip home.

1st week gone and I was marking the games gently with my Bic biro, patiently waiting for the day I would become a millionaire.

2nd week came and I was still marking my games, by now my family members don begin to dey call on top say them hear say money dey on its way, I Sha told them to wait patiently.

3rd week was almost half way through and I was still marking, I couldn't believe it. I had to pinch myself to see if it was real, and that was when It happened.

I woke up my brother.

many youth must have played betting ones in their life..
well mine was in virtual betting..
I went to a bank on a Saturday afternoon and withdrew 20 thousand naira through the ATM..
I got on a bike and headed for home, when we got to the front of our street, i got down, paid the bike man and in my mind, i should take a stroll to the bet shop to see a friend there..
Naira landers and that was how i was lured to play virtual betting.
My money was gone in an hour...
20,000 gone just like that just because of quick money..
That day was hell, i had no cash on me again and i wanted to use part of the cash on sunday in an event the next day..
That was the day i stopped betting in general..

when I took betting serious was when I won 45k with 100 like 4yrs back(beta cash then)then I opened an online account and told myself "see easy money.... " I so much lost from that period onwards that I no longer even go to watch football again because i was beefing the sport.

then it dawned on me....everything you do apply wisdom(and don't bet with greed in your heart)and that was when I started picking 2-3 odds daily.....I win some, I lose some......am not addicted anymore and life goes on.

Sport Betting Is All About Luck Atimes. There was a day i forcasted frm 12- 2am, say dis games sure 4 me. with 331 odds, i wan win 256k that day The Ticket Cut. Just Look For 5 - 10 Odds Use Money Boost Am. Stop Aiming At Winning Big, Or Else Dem Go Chop U Tire. Even Alabi Go Hear Am, If Season Start.

The day arsenal killed my 2.5million naira ticket cry

It was the first game of the ticket, an early kick off on a hot sunday after, I gave arsenal win or draw against crystal palace, and arsenal was at home.. While they were playing draw, i asked the cashier to rebet it for me that i will give him hundred naira when i get home.. My guy refused oh.. Beg this guy beg this guy. For where... The next day i came to check the game, only arsenal killed it 2.5million naira with hundred naira...i fell sick for some days... It wasn't easy, i think it was in 2017.. To this day I hate arsenal so much that I don't give them win, not even draw. The least i could play them is over 2

Meanwhile i ate 15k with 110naira grin a game that took me less than 1 minute to forecast. Pls i dont share games o, if i do they dont usually play.

Mine was when I was still in school. A friend introduced me into the system. My first ever game was to win 2 mill bt if u see the way the slip cut ehn. I decided to reduce the amount to somtin "winnable". I started playing corner games and 20 min draws and boom.....I won 86k win jst #200. I couldn't hold myself, I started dashing my neighbors careless money. I bought a new phone infinix hot 6 and I was flexing. I couldn't say betting was bad cus I kept on winning. That was how I got addicted, though I don't play virtual. But right now I'm tinking of giving myself break cus of too much losing.

The best way to play bet is by staking on very little odd. Somtin like 2-3 odds and continue like that 2-3 times a week

Why are ladies avoiding this thread? grin

I also have an experience.
When I was in secondary school, ss3 precisely, the guys in my class used to bet alot and they were winning. One of them approached me and told me that I should bring #100 that he'd help me play and get 30% of the money when I win, I agreed (I needed money to flex after waec grin).. long story cut short, the day I was supposed to cash out, the guy started telling me stories of how someone stole the ticket angry.. I innocently believed him (but e pain me sha), I heard days later that he won and lied to me cry

Its very simply to win on those betting just be honest with yourself the club is not your fathers so no personal attachment follow the following advice and you could grab soke winnings
1, Always bet games you are very sure of and they must be few highest 6 long betting are risky not wise
2, Never say one club is yours as none is yours
3, Always bet only what you can afford to loose .
4, Never never over rely on any team even super eagles of Nigeria
5, Always post early as points fall when match get closer.

Akin Alabi once said, "As a founder of a sports betting business, let me say this. . . AGAIN.

Betting on sports is for entertainment and it is not a business opportunity. I know I will lose customers for saying this but I will prefer to say the truth rather than lead someone on.

IT IS NOT A BUSINESS.

See it this way. . .

Mr A has N1,000 and he goes to watch a movie

Mr B has N1,000 and he goes to have a beer

Mr C has N1,000 and he decides to go to NairaBET. If he wins, its a bonus. If he doesnt, the adventure and maybe the adrenaline is the entertainment that cost him N1,000

At the end of the day, none of the three guys went back home with anything.

Don't bet trying to get rich. Chances are that you WILL NOT. A few have struck gold but its all luck.

Bet for fun. . .

Play with only what you can afford to "dash" someone. Too much of everything is bad. If you bet with all your salary, its bad. If you drink with all your salary, its bad. If you even buy clothes with all your salary it is financial recklessness and that is bad.

Do everything with caution.

opendo21:
To me it was pure fun and I was enjoying it.

You should have kept it as just for fun. Most people keep it that way and they are happy.

I still bet myself. I have accounts in other bookies and I still bet. When abroad, I chill a lot in Ladbrokes or William Hill. But I keep my bets limited to what I can afford to lose.

manofluck:
I was not betting just for fun, I was betting 2 make money nd change my life through gambling.

WRONG! WRONG!! WRONG!!!

Always bet with an amount you can afford to dash people. This way, if you lose, you forget it but if you win, it's a plus.
Keep the odds low.
Do your analysis carefully.

Recently, my favorite online casino site was shut down. But since I really like to play at online casinos and sometimes I do it with my friends. I had to look for a new proven casino that do not have problems with deposits and withdrawals. And I found a https://azbetting.club/1xbet/ A very good service that I found just on the Internet. I recommend it.
