I use Union Bank at Allen Avenue and I also use Zenith, UBA and Diamond and Wema. And to be sincere Union Bank has been the best. Customer service, relationship, over draft facilities , they are wonderful, at least at Allen Avenue. Its likely though that if you go to an old branch where there are many customers particulary if its located within a school (like LUTH for example) or where there are many government salary earners there-the service may not be the best. This is equally true for the new generation banks with many customers. Zenith has it easy because their bar is very high-that is minimum opening balance. With the rates they set, you will hardly every have a crowd in the bank or slow service. |
