This is inappropriate in my opinion...people should see integrity as a way of life and not something to "expect" some reward...if I was d guy I'll refuse the cash gift.
I prefer people to see my integrity and reward my labour for it instead of just rewarding integrity alone....what happens when there's no reward for someone who returns? I just hope won't end up seeing this as a business. As someone will return and expect 100 folds returns for doing nothing and them end up with nothing....that person will end up regretting and den become worse...
