That's true, I've had them repair a friend's inverter too free of charge. I was shocked, the friend only covered transportation cost of sending it to their office and back. They are trying.

Please i have a 2KVA 24V Genus Proton Inverter, I noticed it stopped charging my batteries up to 26V - 27V, At some point it would not go beyond 25V. Now it does not even charge the batteries at all. It comes on but just shows overload trip even with no load on it.

I use 2 nos of 200A 12V Gel deep cycle batteries

Can the inverter be repaired?
Can any one help recommend some one who can?
I also want to install 4 nos of 300W solar Panels, Any ideas what i need to look out for?

I have just took a step of my solar journey of 1.5kva inverter with two 400watt panel and Felicity controller, and one 220ah flooded battery... Sofar I have bought 2 panels of 400watt and Felicity controller.. E nor easy ooh

Someone bought a 300w panel toks for 48k.
He boldly sent me pix he got a good deal, behold they labelled 200w panel for him lol. He didn't even get 250w. They gave him 200w as 300w.
They don't want us to bill them, They will learn the hard way.
