it depends, my friend has a private student hostel in Uyo, generator is banned, he installed solar and installed prepaid meter in every room...When we last spoke he was selling at about 200 naira per kwh.. And you can't draw more than 150 watts at once,the guy no de ever get vacant room..... But at the moment, i am discussing with another company to come and do the same for me in UNN nsukka for a private student hostel, meanwhile the same company have given me there rate, its 100 naira from 8am to 4pm (when its sunny), and 158 naira from 4pm to 8am the next day.

My first lifepo4 was gotten in 2019. Battery is still kicking. Dunno if I'll get 3000 cycles, but the performance appear to be the same as in 2019. No regrets.

oh there are simple single phase pre paid meters{lots of chinese made to choose from} that are available for sale in the nigerian markets,that you can connect to a payment platform like flutterwave, and you get credited as a landlord each time the tenants buy units....as for power management, that one is a very easy and cheap to solve, just use a smart circuit breaker ,one for each room, set power limit from the app, and you will be notified over the internet each time the tenant crosses the threshold. i attached a screenshot from the one i am using.

Hello.. @all... my growatts 5kva inverter has a max of 22amp(Isc) can i connect it to a pv array of 28amp(isc) since its amps not voltage, and just expect it to extract its 22amps from the 28amps array without blowing things up?
