President of Guinea, Alpha Conde was also invited because he is the current chairperson of the African Union.
The African presidents invited currently hold strategic continental/administrative position in Africa. Not everything is about Buhari's health/cabal/Osibanjo.

The image this APC government had given thus Country since their inception in 2015 has made us a laughing stock in the comity if Nations hence the more reason little countries in Africa are now relevant above us. When he participated in G8 what was he leading? And before you said good, remember the invite of that was to a present buhari who later couldn't attend necessitating osinbajo's representation.
