Can anyone pls tell me the procedure for obtaining a loan from a bank using a landed property. Wat kind of document/title is acceptable etc Any info wil be appreciated. Thanks |

U cant get loan from any Bank without a C OF O, if u dont v a Certificate of Occupancy, forget it. |
