My smile 4glit modem is refusing to come on fr about 2 days nw and d only time it came on its displayed WELCOME waited and waited for the nxt screen to come on but it ddnt so I removed the battery and reinserted it back it's still not Coming on ... I have called the customer service and dey said the fault is not from them .. advice pls |

Press the reset button and the power button Or just the reset button for 5min |

charge the modem first, then press reset and power button at same time. it works for me. |
