SELF HELP-1 (URINE TEST)
Urine has 1 normal taste but may have 4 other abnormal variations, always take a few drops of urine, put it in your
mouth and watch out for the following taste and the indications.

SALTY TASTE- this is a normal condition & it show's that the body is Ok,

VERY-SALTY TASTE - Signs of (HypoGlycaemia) having little or no sugar in the blood stream or body.

NEUTRAL TASTE:- This means your body is gradually having too much sugar, enough to neutralize the normal salty taste of urine. Always limit your sugar intake when your urine becomes tasteless.

SUGARY TASTE- This is a major sign of (HyperGlycaemia) or diabetes, Having too much sugar in your body and blood stream.

BITTER TASTE- This means you have too much bacteria or other microbes flowing in your blood stream and body. An indication of an impeding ailment that will be caused by microbes.
