The whole Incident Occurred At Katsinala Street In Makurdi, Benue State According to An Eyewitness It was Reported That The police man Knocked an okada man down and did not stop, the naval officer was driving by in his car so he stopped the police and ask him to apologize to the bike Man and the policeman refused Rather threw abusive words on the naval officer and the okada rider that he is a police man and that he would make calls, he actually made the call but nobody came then the naval officer made his own call within 10mins naval men arrived in a coaster bus with aggression, They handcuffed the police man After giving him serious beating then all the okada men around where happy because of the way police men always harass them on high way during their hustle.
