haykinzz:you are not a lawyer, a lawyer must defend a client whether the client is a criminal or not. Let me refer you to section 24 of the rules of professional conduct for legal practitioners. The lawyer should have served the prosecution counsel with his letter of adjournment, before the hearing date. |
