Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2017/2018 by Nihilist: 7:36pm On Dec 31, 2017 |
MaziOmenuko: Nah I genuinely believe that with Aguero's minutes more or less guaranteed for the forseeable future, An Aguero, Firmino frontline leaves me enough money to improve my midfield. I don't like that mouth-breathing, speech-impediment-sounding English man. Never have. Never will. and now I can get rid of the troll from my team forever. I like your idea a lot. You should do it. I will do it. |

Am I the only one who's happy Salah is injured? He's been the default captain choice for most people and his consistent explosive returns has just taken the fun out of the game with everyone putting the armband on him. Now with him out, peeps would have to consider other less productive players. Bring on the captain fails! . PS: Harry Kane can also join him on the sidelines after this GW. |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2017/2018 by lordhugo(m): 12:19pm On Jan 01, 2018 |
pkasso: Let Salah and Kane go out for a month. (or two if possible) Takes the fun out of Captaincy. I have captained defenders and goalkeepers just because of a very good clean sheet prospect. Radical formation and captain for me this week. It can either be very good or totally bad. Fingers crossed. Farmer. |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2017/2018 by pkasso(m): 12:46pm On Jan 01, 2018 |
lordhugo:Yes o. We need differential captain options. Enough of the same every week. My team has been dropping down the standings these past few weeks due to poor captain choices and mostly bad luck. This Salah injury might just change things for me. You get mind captaining defenders and GKs. I just don't have the heart for it. One goal conceded and it goes pffft. Though it can be profitable at times with explosive defenders like Alonso, Azpilicueta. Best of luck. |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2017/2018 by PietroRico(m): 12:52pm On Jan 01, 2018 |
pkasso:I agree with you on the Salah injury wish but it came at a really bad time for me. I was struggling to get 10 players, I was wondering what to do with Lukaku (I was already on -8, my defence in tatters). Salah joining them pretty much just pushed me over the line. I don knack wildcard, I can't shatt |

pamcode: It happens. Worse when you have arranged the transfers and formation in your head only to see that deadline just passed. By 5 minutes. Kuku kee me. |
