how many hours do u sleep normaly? i stay up late normal in the night so sometimes i only get 3 hours sleep and cant get up in the in the morning, because i feel so fresh in the night cant sleep, do u feel like this guys?

You need to reset your body clock. I think that is your problem. I am on the same clock as you right now but it is because it is easier to do my work when my kids are sleeping so sometimes I am up till 4 am but by 5pm I feel like just sleeping. I make sure I go to bed by 12 am at least twice a weak
