Calm down dudes. Anambra North senatorial district has always been the determinant of who wins elections in Anambra state and from all indications, no results have been heard from there yet. That area is a PDP stronghold.

I have no doubt Soludo will win this election. Just sit back and watch the tables turn soon.

My people please go and rest Obi has already won the election judgeing from reports/results from all over anambra esp Awka,Onitsha,Nnewi and Aguata and if truely that he won those places men he don win the election.The election is free and fair its all depends in hands of Iwu now.

Let's wait and see. Peter Obi winning in some wards doesn't translate to him winning the elections in those local governments yet. Let's all wait and see.

@onye ngbu, we dont need to be INEC officials to get results. Results are announced at each polling center, after counting of ballots. If you are on the ground, and if you are in anambra state you will be getting instant results here and there.

Folks chill this election is not about Soludo

He was on BBC focus Africa 48 hours to election arguing that the voter registered is very very shady. So lets chill.

There is no need turning a blind eye to what is happening in Anambra because Soludo or PDP is at the recieving end. Because that will mean we would have lost the moral right to cry in 2011.

Lol . . . I wanted to type "Fraudster-In-Chief". I know she was trying to lure  some feminist nuts but it will not work, obviously. The following are what I gathered from very reliable sources:

1. 98.9% of Andy Uba supporters are irredeemable imbeciles. 89% of the electorate are convinced he is a big clueless clown.

2. The electorate are very wary of Soludo because of the PDP stigma

3. Vast majority stand behind Obi followed by Ngige

4. There are uncountable questionable incidents including but not limited to disappearance of names from the register, unavailability of voting materials in numerous polling locations. . .

The governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi, has been re-elected for another term of four years. The official results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) show that Obi, who ran on the ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), won in 13 out of the 21 local government councils in the state.

He also fulfilled the 25 per cent spread required in two-thirds of the councils.
Dr. Chris Ngige of the Action Congress (AC) came second with four councils, while Professor Chukwuma Soludo (PDP) came third winning three councils.
Chief Andy Uba (Labour Party) won in one council while Uche Ekwunife (Peoples Progressive Alliance) did not win in any council.
