Chelsea are in talks with Manchester City over striker Sergio Aguero.

That's according to beIN Sport reporter Tancredi Palmeri.

Chelsea are on the lookout for a new striker after Antonio Conte told Diego Costa he was surplus to requirements.

Palmeri says Chelsea are acting on their interest.

He tweeted: "BOOM! Chelsea in talks for Aguero!"

Aguero has fallen down the pecking order at The Etihad since the arrival of Gabriel Jesus.

Jesus has been Pep Guardiola's first choice since arriving in January.
