Duties and Responsibility:
- Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets
- Provides customer additional information or explains services
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction, accurately captures customer information
- Creates and maintains service reports
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Help records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Relevant skills, qualification, attributes and experience OND/B.Sc/HND in social sciences or any other relevant course of study 0-1 year cognate experience in customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be computer literate.

Excellent communication, reporting skills.
