Our client in the oil and gas sector seeks the services of a Crew Officer with the following: Experience: At least 5 years
Gender: Male
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Verification of crew certificates
• Ensure the welfare of crew members
• Recruitment of best fit staff in the organization
• Ensure and propose training for staff
• Ensure the appraisal system is in place to determine the performance of each staff
• In charge of Tour of duty
• Ensure Shift movement of staff is monitored
