I learnt how to cook fried indomie @ wuse 2 Abuja..

Steps..

1) Put pretty water on the fire that will sink the indomie..

2) Break the indomie into bits..

3) As the water boils, pour the indomie inside, put the spices & stir. Leave for 50 seconds...

4) Remove the put & drain out the water..

5) Cut your onions, carrot, little carbbage, pepper and half Maggi cube..

6) Put the pot on the fire, put some groundnut oil (not much)

7) Pour the onions & stir to bleaching level, put your carrot & cabbage & pepper & stir... 1:20 seconds minute.

cool Pour your drained indomie inside the pot & stir rigorously for 30 seconds.

9) put the half or quarter Maggi & stir for 1 minute.

Don't add water at all....

When done, fry your egg & put on top for enjoyment

Yes, the think here is that it makes you wanna eat indomie again, also, it doesn't satisfy like the boiled one because of it's sweetness....

I got this style then in a powerful indomie producing place in Abuja main town.. If you eat indomie there, , when they were still there, you may not be satisfied because it's sweet. Sweet!!!!
