Anyway she can be appointed into any position of highest authority so far she is qualify to be but am afraid she may not be able to dispense good judgement when it comes to a case against the state govt. but for the sake of fair play & transparency,the Governor has that power to push her forward to any other state appointments instead of making her to be incharge of state judiciary since the same judiciary is one of the three arms of govt which suppose to be an adjudicators to oversee all cases either legislative or executive,that is the only fear people are entertaining, perceiving she is only there to dance to her master's drum.

My point is : there should always be CHECK AND BALANCES in every government.

Even IF she's arguably qualified, Conflict of interest will surely comes into play since her husby is the Governor.... #Nepotism in governance is a product of selfishness and nonchalant attitude of leaders toward the populace they swear to care about....

Don't mind them, they have now conveniently forgotten that his wife is their sister.

Even if it was Chioma, the letter clearly states for all those who can read that the NJC is "recommending" the person, not the other way round.

The income Judge is not his wife, they just answer the same last name
