The limitations i have observed after using it for a week.
-- Ussd function (eg *123#) didnt work ( not used in most countries and china so was not considered) -- app developer working on that.
--doesnt work well with the airpod earpiece when you receive calls from the second sim. But works with most Bluetooth earphones.

Theres another adapter that has the same features as the case. Its just like a small mifi modem that has a sim slot and connect to the iphome using Bluetooth. This is a good choice for those that dont want to use the case

Both sims will be active at the same time. But no data services on the second sim
