Rapper, Wale, Cuts Off His Dread Maybach Music Group’s Wale looks like he’s ready for some changes and has decided to stop whipping his hair back and forth. The Nigerian-American hip hop veteran, Wale Folarin, yesterday, Sunday (July 23), went to his Instagram to make the shocking announcement. Wale revealed he will be taking off his signature hair, dreadlocks as he shared a photo of his barber and himself taking off his hair which is part of a new decision he is taking.
